Strict tenant vetting and referencing process

All our viewers will have been carefully vetted prior to the viewing to ensure they are suitable prospective tenants.

Once a landlord has selected a tenant application, we will run a reference check which will include landlord and employment references, credit checks and right to rent checks. A copy of the reference will be provided to for landlord’s approval.’

Our lettings manager Katie will visit your home to conduct an in-depth market appraisal of your property. This will include an honest, accurate opinion of the value of your property, discussion of the lettings services we offer, and legislation needed to rent your property.

Once you are ready to proceed, we will arrange for a professional photographer to visit you. They will take outstanding photographs of your home, as well creating an accurate floorplan with measurements. Combining this with a detailed description of the property.

Every property is different, as is every person. Finding the right match is key.

All viewers will have been carefully vetted prior to the viewing to ensure they are suitable prospective tenants. We carry out accompanied viewings which are included in our services, you can learn so much more about a person, in person.

All our tenants are professionally referenced by an external referencing agency, which is backed by the insurance company offering Landlord’s protection policies.

References are sought, checks are carried out including a credit check and a report follows accepting or declining the prospective tenant or seeking further information or a rent guarantor.

On moving in day, keys will be released to the tenant directly along with a copy of the properties inventory. For managed properties, we will provide the tenant with contact details of their dedicated Property Manager, who will start the next stage of your property journey.
