It’s important at this stage to make sure your finances are in place, so that we can filter your matches in line with your affordability. We work with highly trusted local mortgage advisers, who we can recommend.  

We can arrange viewings at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends. This will ensure that you can spend enough time looking around and ask any questions. To arrange a viewing call 0151 625 0125. 

Once you’ve found your dream home, we will put forward your offer to the seller. We know that prompt communication between all parties is vital at this stage, so we work hard to keep everyone informed as quickly as possible. 

Once you have had your offer accepted, you will need a specialist solicitor to deal with the legal side of buying a property. Many buyers at this stage to decide to instruct a surveyor to assess the property. At home we have relationships with excellent local solicitors and surveyors who we would be happy to recommend.  

Now that your solicitor is instructed and survey is booked in, we will liaise with your solicitor, seller and sellers solicitor, providing updates at major milestones. 

Once the solicitors have reached the final stages in the conveyancing process, you will need to agree suitable dates for exchange and completion. It would be wise at this stage to be thinking about the logistics of any home removals.
